contract terminated

so I told rep from tech support I cant cancell this only my worker can anyhow she cancelled it on my now this will go on my credit report thanks to rep for doing what she wished to not fallowing my instreuctions. I bought phone out right from Best Buy I phone 16E asked store if I buy out right continiue the contract is that breaking she said bno and the tech peopl,e said yes it was so thanks to rep for screwing me around from Telus. This is a complaint that nshe cant do it only the worker of mine that is belled to can do it so U better deal with this asap. and reinstaer my line  and not report this to credit agency or EFax or Transunin.
