Connection Fee to get a new phone?
On the corporate plan with 2 lines, and was charged for 3 connection fees to get 2 new phones. 1 of the 3 is a mistake (that I had to call in to have removed), but even the other 2 $70 charges - Why...

When the time comes for renewals, send us a PM here or let the Loyalty Dept. know that you'd like them to waive it if possible.
