Charges for lines that doesn't exist

HI GUys;

I'm hitting my head against the walls here.

I recently added three BYOD mobility devices to my account. The gentleman who made the deal was awesome. I received my SIM cards then called in to activate the SIM cards and port my numbers from another company, it all took like 30 minutes and i was done.

Now the bad part, upon checking my first bill. i saw Telus charging me for 6 lines instead of 3, basically they are charging me for the temporary numbers they assigned to me when i signed the contract. I called the support line for no avail and their answer was "Well that's how it is". i mean if they charged me for a day or two for the temporary numbers i would understand it, bit to charge me for the next full month is something i've never seen before.

    Hi there, The temporary numbers assigned during porting should not result in ongoing charges beyond the activation period. To help resolve this and adjust any incorrect charges, please send us a private message with your account details so we can review your bill and get this corrected.
