20 days agoHello deepikab25, this is a frustrating spot to be in—paying for a service that's essentially "ghosting" you is never a great feeling. As a specialist in the TELUS Neighbourhood, I can tell you that "inactive" doesn't always equal "deactivated" in the world of telecommunications billing.
