Can't log in to my account
Can't find out my usage which is way over what it should be. Can't top up, can't do anything. I phoned and got automated message telling me to log in using the app. so I can't get anywhere. Seriously thinking of switching providers, this is insane.

Try calling in, and asking to “speak to an agent.” That should lead to voice assistants.
