I ported over my phone number from another prepaid carrier to Telus prepaid more than 5 hours ago. I can make calls, but can’t receive them. I restarted the phone, but that didn’t help. How long do I...
Lucky you. When you leave Koodo they have port protection and you have to wait days to talk to someone about it. I’m still waiting to talk to someone to see how to get my number moved.
