Business Mobility Service - local number?

What I mean by a 'local number' is not a toll free. I mean a 416, or 905 or other Canada based phone number that I can call from here. I have sent a PM to telus support as well, but I suspect I will get better service and resolutions if I can speak to someone. The account changes are complex.
