Bill Dispute Form Not Working
When calling in for business mobility support to dispute $1200 in erroneous charges I am only able to receive a texted form, and AI bot told me I could not speak to human. Well the form doesn’t work!...

Official Support TeamThat definitely shouldn't be happening with the support request and sorry to hear that Kdd. Are you trying to submit the request from a mobile phone browser? If so, can you test submitting one from a computer or laptop just in case it's a compatibility issue?
They texted the link…so it should work on mobile. This also happened one year ago when I used the same form. I just tried emailing myself the link to the complaint form but it only takes me to a summary of my bill on my laptop! Should getting help be this hard?
