2 years agoHave you had the chance to speak with our Mobility team about this? You can also visit our coverage map at https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map and enter your location. There'll be a green 'Report an issue' button which leads to a form that you can fill out; this form goes straight to our network team for investigation.
