Any Mobility Small business experts out there?
Been a small business customer since 1990 with BC Tel mobility, then Telus. Several years ago, (5+) we took advantage of an affinity plan with CFIB. We have 4 lines, sharing 10 gb of data between 4...
..so it looks like no response from Telus on this. Next Friday I will switch out account to either Bell or Rogers at Costco. Our savings will be $20/mth, but our service will be substantially better, (100gb, USA/Mexico Roaming). BYOD, no contract. So, after 35 years we will move on. Core principle of most businesses, 'your best customer is your existing customer'. Except at Telus.
