29 days agoWelcome back! That app glitch is a total pain, but it’s a classic quirk with those 30-day passes. Since they run on consecutive days and don’t pause while you're home, the app won't let you stack a new one until the current one officially runs out.
Just wait for the old pass to expire, and the 14-day options should pop back up right away. If you’re already at the airport and the app is still acting up, you can usually bypass the whole thing by texting TRAVEL to 7626 to get sorted on the fly.

The old pass has apparently expired but is still showing and there is no option to add a new pass. When I search it says I’m covered by the 30 day pass. Is there any way to fix this glitch without having to call? Since that’s even more charges I’ll have to incur and I’ve been told to keep my phone on airplane mode until it is resolved.
