Hi there, there is currently a known issue with receiving multiple emails for Telus Films. Please disregard the email. This can be access via your account automatically. You can access TELUS Films & Series via the TELUS TV+ app, available for download on iOS and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Android TV or on your web browser at telustvplus.com. Hi there, I am also having the same issues as everyone here. I'm on Stream+ Premium and was able to activate Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime but Telus Film and Series remain unactivated and received email to activate.
