Hi there, there is currently a known issue with receiving multiple emails for Telus Films. Please disregard the email. This can be access via your account automatically. You can access TELUS Films & Series via the TELUS TV+ app, available for download on iOS and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Android TV or on your web browser at telustvplus.com. Also, just to be sure you're hearing me correctly, it is not the Telus films and TV app itself that is giving problems. The activation went smoothly, it is just these activation reminder emails that I am receiving, for a service that is already active and working just as it should
