Hi, im having same issue. They were able to fix it 3-4 days ago, as i have shown my id’s in store. Now again today no service on my phone and cant see my mobility account in app anymore. This is terrible service. Initially told my account was flagged because of equifax, so i called them and they said there is no flag on your account.
Got a call from telus to port my number, if i would have know about this, would have never made this mistake. Had to live without service now. Cant access my any other account as i can’t receive any otp
