Thank you for your reply. My credit score is excellent. It was over 816! . Can give proof. The rep had checked it when placing the order . No such information wascshown. so why ruin it be turning on deposit at the time of delivery and not letting customer know at the time of placing order.this is wrong and technical glitcj in your app and telus fails to admit it! It is not in my contract either.
Like I stated the rep said there was no such alert when he checked. So it's totally unfair!!

No it has not been resolved
I ve reached out and there has been no resolution to remove the incorrect charges
Its my 1st time being a telus customer!
It has been over a week!
I need this resolved by tomorrow!
