1 hour agoThat's definitely not how the referral experience should have gone, and sorry to hear that. For the support request, did you try this from a computer/laptop or was this from a mobile phone browser? Can you try both along with clearing browser cache and cookies then test?

Here are the things I tried
- Phone browser (clearing cookies)
- Phone - Incognito mode
- Laptop - Both clearing cookies & Incognito
- Phone myTelus app - I believe we can't clear cookies for the app
I suggest you to test it from your end
