Hello, 

Is it normal in Telus for your team to run from there responsibility?

I recently renewed or purchased my contract with Telus for four business lines. Telus agent insisted the best option was the one that comes with iPhone 15. The phones were never received since November 2024 till date and Telus requested for a police report which was provided. Now that they haven't no more excuses to do their job, they decided to closed the case saying they tried to reach me, this is completely false and cheap for a company size of Telus.

My question is, is your services that bad that you can reach me on my number?

I received calls from other companies and individuals, so what is happening? It looks like Telus never really shipped those phones, that is my opinion looking at the way things are going and they want to billed us for what we don't have.
