Unable to submit Business Support Request
I have been unable to submit a Business Support Request for billing errors on my business mobility account. I have had to call in to get things straightened out, but there was another mistake made on the most recent bill - I don't want to have to call in again and wait in a line. Why isn't the support request function working?

All I can say is good luck. I have been trying to get business support for 4 years. No support. Telus is just bad.
