Telus Connect app login failure: Unable to login to this app with your My Account settings

I am facing the same problem, able to login to Telus web but not the app. Home internet service, fiber in Ontario. My first time ever using Telus and super disappointed. AI chat is useless and super frustrating, agents are not helpful on the phone. Does not even know what a modem is. Are you kidding me? Stuck not able to manage home wifi

NotWorking At this time, the My Wifi (Connect) App doesn't support Ontario and Quebec. It's being worked on but not yet available.
