Telus Account Issues
I was calling to cancel my service in 2 weeks ( around 6-7 times to get it cancelled . Account information disappeared from my telus app after the last call . But i am still receiving bill every month . Not sure why Telus still in business . I am with Telus more than 5 years never thing Telus gone worst like this

- tailan1930NeighbourHi .I dont need to retrive account information . Just wonder why i am still receiving bills . But just called customer service again , was told because it's still working that's why i got bill . And also same scam again , she said there is no note about my case . I called 2 days after installation and a few times every week to get that cancel , talked to at least 5 different people , how can this happen , no one even leave a note ?
