No roaming pass available for business account?
I just found that the 14 days roaming pass is not available for the business customer and the only way is still the $18 a day for romaing?

You're right, unfortunately the 14-day pass isn't available for business accounts. There's different roaming setup for business plans. Happy to walk you through what options you do have though. Send us a PM when you're ready.
Thanks. But I am extremely disappointed that the business account has fewer options compared to the regular one. Is there a chance we can switch to personal account instead of business? Otherwise, I may need to switch back to another carrier, as the travel pass is a major deal-breaker.

Hi! To switch over your account type to a personal account, you will need to contact client care for that!
