Can only contact Telus Tech Support via email
My phones don't work. Telus' Tech Support Form won't submit info. Telus' Chat doesn't work and no live person has been available on Chat for the last three days. How do I go about contacting Telus' Tech Support via email? That is my last option, since now the Post Office is on strike and I can't even send them a snail mail message to request Tech Support with what is suspect is an outside wiring issue. Also wondering if an ordinary electrician can fix outside wiring...

Thank you for your response FuzzyLogic. Unfortunately, none of the options provided by Telus actually work. My only option is to email someone at Telus. Or if I can find a mailing address for Telus (funny, this isn't on the bill they send me every month), I will send them a printed message probably using one of the couriers. So now I'm on the hunt for an address to send my printed message to. This is ridiculous. I'm also asking Marketplace (TV Show) to investigate the poor customer service. I hope all of you will also email Marketplace (story ideas) so that the more enquiries they get about this the more likely they will do a story on it.
