Hello,
I am require urgent assistance with my Business internet. It is no longer working. It seems the account is closed without notice. Whenever I call in, I'm sent to an oversees agent, who has no idea. The other times, they simply hang up. After I've been on hold for over an hour. I would like to speak to a manager/supervisor to have the issue resolved immediately. I'm trying to run a business from home, and I have no access to my internet, and telus doesn't seem to care.
