Adding new gateway mac address for static ip
What is the correct number to call for this? Telus has so many numbers to call and no one knows what to do and the auto attendant is atrocious. Even when I get to someone the call gets disconnected or they just hang up. Man I hate Telus so much.

for anyone who is interested, here is the url to submit a support ticket so you don't have to call and deal with that crappola ai attendant or browse forever. why don't they make this easier is baffling.

Call 1-866-558-2273 and when you get past where it asks about which account and enter your pin, just keep saying “Team Member” after each question and it will get past the useless AI stuff. It will then ask if you need help with xxx or Technical support. And then get prepared to be on hold forever. Don’t request a call back, it never calls you back.

That is the same auto attendant that hangs up because it doesn't understand anything. If you mention static ip address it wants to text me how to update my home address and then refuses to help further stating that it's suggestions are the best.
