SmartHome Thermostat settings issue
So we just had this whole smartHome security system set up. I have an issue with setting the temps for ranges through the day. I want to set 4 ranges, 5:30am to 9am, 9am to 4pm, 4pm to 10:30pm, and 10:30pm to 5:30 am. The system will not let me do this as the last range of the day goes past midnight and the first doesn’t start until 4am.
I’ve included a pic showing this. You cannot set the first one prior to 4am or set a finish time to the last one. This isn’t a very smart theromstat. I’ve had programmable ones with more options.
Am I missing something here?
- unfortunately there are only 4 settings per day, which would be great, if I could set the start time in the first setting and the end time in the last setting.

I don’t have the smart thermostat, but are you limited to 4 periods? If not, create 5, starting at 00:01-5:30.
From the image, it appears the midnight setting carries through to 4 AM.
