Outside camera
Outside camera alarm bot triggered most of the time thus, it missed a lot of activities that should be recorded. Another thing outside camera was name as OUTDOOR since it was installed and now name was changed to BACKYARD. Security tech has 0 clue how and when it was changed. Telus security system is just an accessory. Guess the best way to waste your money. Poor quality of service and protection.

- Hi Telus Team,Kindly, please explain how reliable is Your security system? As I have mentioned in my previous post that my outside camera name on the system was changed to “backyard”. Yet, I did not change it. As per your representative, Whom I spoke over, the phone mentioned that they cannot tell me when and who change it as it is not showing in the system.Thank you.
