It is Normal?
IS IT NORMAL, For TELUS technicians to come to your house in no uniform, no badge in sight, and an unmarked vehicle? This seems dangerous and unprofessional! Please let me know, Does TELUS hire subcontractors? They claim to be subcontractors for TELUS? Which is another red-flag tome and this security service. Seriously, please let me know.. Thank you!

You're lucky, at least they showed up
Had a service call scheduled for 8 am this morning
Texted me at 7:30 am, telling me they would be between 8 am and 9 am
Its now 12.18 Pm and no one has shown up, no calls, text messages, nothing!

I just contacted their service and they said I cancelled the appointment
Total BS and I took the morning off to be here
I think they now owe me $200.00
