Downed wires on my property
There are telecommunications wires that are hanging loose onto my property, one falls into my hedge and one drops directly in front of my gate making it hard to pass. Telus has agreed to come to my house to deal with them twice but on both occasions they haven’t shown up. I’m not sure what I need to do in order for them to come and deal with this problem. Any suggestions?

Your best bet would be to visit our page at www.telus.com/status where you'll see a green 'Report an outage' button on the right hand side. Click on that, and then choose the right hand button 'Report an outage'. That leads to a quick form you can fill out, and select the 'cable damage or low hanging wire' option. This form goes straight to our field team for investigation.
