contact numbers on website for alarm
contact numbers on website for security is not even the number for call center. How is this professional?
1-800-555-1234 call this number then you call a general directory 2030???This is on an alarm companys' website.
Telus you should be able to do better.

I had a similar issue. Our smoke alarm went off and I tried to cancel it. I got a phone number on the control panel but when I called it they were closed.
