cancel home security,
Recently got new contract with 3 phones, sales person said if I bundles with security plan I would get a better deal and as bonus I would receive a FREE gift of a door bell or camera. Needless to say I see no bundle discount on my bill and I have received a $180 dollar invoice for the camera which I see I am now having to pay of for $5 a month for 36 months. I would really like to discontinue this service but talking to representatives is a nightmare.

So you continue to pay for something you did not agree to?
Be careful cancelling with Telus. They will charge you for each month you have left on your so called service agreement which changes almost every other month.
