Alarm Disarmed On Its Own
Last night our home security system disarmed on its own. Just before 1am. We heard the panel noice. Checked doors, checked security cameras around the property, no one had been around. Has anyone else had this happen? Apparently it is not the first time here, either. My wife says it has happened before, and also there have been times we set the alarm and come home later and it's not armed. Let me know if anyone else has experienced this and if you found a solution. Maybe Telus can chime in here, also. If no replies I will contact support to troubleshoot this. Thanks.

Do you use the Smart Arming feature? That may cause it to deactivate on its own.
Log in to the SmartHome Security web portal, and on the Security System card, click on the Smart Arming icon. Then review the 'Wake Up' settings to see if it is set to disarm the panel at a specific time or when activity is detected.
We have never used Smart Arming, and I don't see any activity in that section.
