Talk to a real person

I ported my daughters phone from Koodo to Telus Oct 9th after 3 hours in the store.  When I logged on to my telus, it only showed my subscriptions and not the phone.  Went to store, now I can see the phone but not the subscriptions.  They said I have to call to get them added back and gave me a number to call... it has been 53 min on hold so far. I can't get a pdf bill, I can't see the full bill amount, just the charge for the phone (ie not the connection fee).  I don't even know what the account number was because we rushed out of the store 40 min after closing and it is hidden on the account.  I just want to talk to some so I can see everything on the app.  at this point I also want a copy of the contract.   Seriously looking at how to cancel.  Never been so frustrated in my life!
