Not really a question.. but a shout out to 2 helpful agents. I had a problem with my account, twice. On Sept. 7 I got agent Roby and on Nov.10 Angelo. Both were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It took some time but the problem was solved. Thanks folks.
