Question about TELUS Rewards

On "My TELUS", it shows that I have four services, home phone, internet, optik and "dialup internet". I also have two month-to-month lines on Koodo.

 

According to TELUS Rewards, I'm in Gold tier, because I have two services. I would argue that based on the number of services I have, I should be in the Platinum tier, which is for 4+.

 

Why is TELUS Rewards claiming I have two services, when I clearly have more?

    Hi bimmerdriver - more than likely the dial-up internet is the asset containing a TELUS email address so that one is not eligible for Rewards.
