My Account Got Susspended by Fraud Department
Hi team.
I had activated my account in December 2023 and then after 2-3 months I cancelled it because I had been abroad. I tried to reactivate it by purchasing a new postpaid line 2 days ago which got suspended less than 24 hrs after activation.
I tried to call the customer service from abroad and after waiting for almost one hour the respected agent who could barely talk in English calimed that it had been suspended by fraud!!!!! department.
I have not recieved any email or clarifiacation yet.
I am really frustrated now.
