Lost All Emails

Last week all of my Emails (over 100) in my personal folders were gone (deleted).

I checked all my trash/spam folders, nothing! Even went to check my tablet/phone all gone.

Tried all other suggestions listed on web (filters/settings etc.), no luck.

Is there a chance that TELUS can retrieve these off the server?

    tazman222  By chance did you do a clean up and deleted   (all mail )   you deleted everything in your mail site. If you didn't your emails should be in that folder. I have made that mistake. But when i have lost an email i can usually find it in  ( all mail  )

    Is there a possibility these were held on your computer, rather than the server?

    Telus mail is stored on Google’s servers, and we know how Google likes to retain info, so there may be an option, but you’ll have to reach out to Telus directly, as we are just customers here. 
    I suggest contacting them through their Twitter account @TELUSSupport.
