Home security fiasco

hello all.....anyone have success in actually returning equipment once you terminate their ridiculous contract? I was on hold for 2 hours, and requested to speak to a manager. From there I spent another 20 mins on hold before the call was dropped. No call back. Nothing. The on-line account shows active and no ability to change anything. Telus wonders why people are running for the hills.

    Definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. Have you been able to get through to our team for assistance with this?
