disneyplus no longer active and stream plus asking me to log in and pay

Hello, long story short

I had a subscriptions with DisneyPlus for 1 year directly on their website.

I subscribe to telus stream plus in July 2024 so I will get Disney plus  

I click on cancel on the Disney plus website cause I did not want to get double charge.

Service ended recently on November 8 2024..

but now when I click on stream plus launch for Disney plus  it tells me to log in and re subscribe ?

what can I do to get the service back 

Can you unlink it and I re-link ?
