Disney subscription from Stream+ stopped working

I have a Stream+ Basic plan that is billed to my credit card directly (not through any telus bill which the bot doesn't seem to understand as an option even though I clearly have it).

 

Anyway, for whatever reason disney says telus cancelled my subscription even though I clearly still pay for Stream+ and Netflix/Prime works, just Disney doesn't.

 

Please help. The Telus assist bot is completely useless for this.

    Sorry to hear that bb147, can you try logging in to your TELUS account and verify the status of your Disney subscription under Stream+ ?  Sometimes, a subscription might show as active on the billing side but needs reactivation on the service side.

      I am not sure what you mean. When I login it shows I have Stream+ Basic, and disney is there, but when I click to "Activate" it just takes me to Disney+, I login, and then Disney+ asks me to select a plan (as if I have no active subscription).
