Disney + promotion

I received a 24 month free Disney + promotion when i upgraded my mobility package back in November. I also received a special offer on Stream + a few days later for 6 month. Disney plus worked for those 6 months but now that the stream + has expired I can no longer access the Disney plus that I should still have available until November 2026? I have talked to customer service several times, the first time they said I had to unlink accounts which I did. The second time they basically told me oh well it's been cancelled, and the third person told me it was a Disney + issue. I called Disney + and they were super friendly and helpful and were able to see that Telus had cancelled the subscription. I paid extra for the upgrade (less than the monthly cost of Disney +) and now I'm not getting the service I signed up for. Has anyone had a similar issue or been able to solve this problem?
