Cost of cell phone service.
Why is my cell phone service so expensive? I need a list of services rendered.
The forums are primarily inhabited by customers. No one here can access your account.
First I would recommend looking at your monthly statement. It will usually give you a fair bit of information. If you have questions at that point, it is best to contact Telus directly and ask them. I would suggest by phone. Those reps can access your account and should be able to more thoroughly explain the various aspects of your current plan.
