Chat feature in Telus website doesn't work

Hi all,

The chat feature in Telus website doesn't work anymore. Can anyone help?

    Likely browser related. Possibly a plugin/extension is blocking that chat ability.

    I have just tested the chat function and it works well, are you still having issues using it?
