Charged for on-demand movies that I did not order

- TradNeighbourI too have been charged for on demand that I did not order. When I contacted telus she told me that I was the only one this happened too. I got very upset and then she took it off my bill. It appears to me that this is happening a lot!

I got the bill today, just to see 2 movies on demand that I haven't ordered before appeared on my bill.
I called the hotline and chatbot, which are very insensitive and unhelpful.
I thought this was a rare problem, but after reading some other posts, this may be an issue at the back-end.
It is just a waste of time calling Telus hotline.
Can I have the Movie on-demand services removed altogether?
