had optik t.v. and more internet speed set up on may 4th it’s now june 15. also notice bell took a month payment out when i was told telus would cancel it for us. and we need paper bills, husband can’t pay online due to a stroke in case something happens to me. i don’t mind auto payments but he likes paper trails. thanks
