Wifi speed is MUCH faster than Ethernet
So I did some speed testing on my phone via wifi and pc via Ethernet.
Download a few games on steam (pc) and highest speed was 1mb. It gets slower when I use chrome or discord. And I use telus speed test when I was not downloading anything and max download speed was 1mb.
With my phone via WiFi, speed test was 480mb/s. My plan is PureFibre Gigabit Internet1.
What is going on TELUS?!?!

It seems like your Ethernet connection might be the issue. Check the cable and network settings on your PC. If everything seems fine, contact TELUS support for further assistance.
What does the network properties on the PC indicate for the Ethernet link speed?
Start with making sure you have the latest network drivers installed. From there try another port on your modem/router and finally a different network cable. If you're receiving fast wifi speeds the modem itself is not the issue..
all drivers are updated. tried everything. still the same

Seems pretty strange. Possibly your ethernet cable is faulty or not properly connected and it's using wifi instead?
i changed the cable already. still the same
