Telus vault cover replacement
Recently moved here and need to find out who to contact for telus vault replacement as it is in very poor condition

You can report it by going to www.telus.com/status
When there, click on the green 'Report an outage' button in the upper right corner. Then select the right hand 'Report an Outage' button. You'll get to a page where you can enter your name, contact number, and address. Then underneath that in the list of options to select, choose 'Vault damage or missing lid', briefly describe the issue in the open field underneath, attach photos (if possible), accept the terms and submit to our team for a callback!
