Telus Ontario fiber - bridge mode with pfSense

New to Telus...

Have set NH20 modem to bridge mode, connected to pfSense via PPPoE. Pfsense is unable to get a WAN connection. Have verified with Telus tech support that credentials are correct, rebooted all devices multiple times. Still no connection. Any suggestions for how to get bridge mode working with pfSense?
