Telus agent hung up on me after they put me on hold for a few minutes?

Hi, I don't know how I'm supposed to resolve this problem other than escalating to some Canadian consumer protection service? I just wanted to switch my internet to a new location (within the same apartment, but a new unit) and somehow I got locked in for a new higher rate plan and e-mails about my upcoming appointment but no actual time or date of when the appointment is??? Can someone assist me??

    After two hours on hold, was told that I would be connected back to Loyalty withing a few minutes - reached the prompt: "let us find a team member that can help you"
    So maybe back to the beginning of the line?

    I was on hold for 1 hr 7 minutes - also connected, put on mute, then they hung up

  • I just got the same hang up 30min earlier. It is so funny I found the same post when I check the forum.
