Stream+ Unlink Account

Hi,

I am looking to unlink my current Amazon Prime account from Stream+ and add a new one.

I do not see an option to unlink or change the Amazon Prime account through the portal.

Could you please let me know how I can do this?

    I keep telling you guys that you would need to cancel the Amazon Prime account from your end and you keep telling me to contact them!

      Hi there - the email address on Stream+ and the Amazon Prime account must be the same. Is this the case?

        Yes they are the same. I just want to update it.
