Short Internet outages every 20 minutes
I'm new to Telus, with service for only about 2.5 weeks -- 3G Fibre. Great stuff until... Since Feb. 2 at 2PM I've been experiencing short ~30-45 second outages every 20 minutes. I have monitoring on my network so I know exactly when each is occurring. Watching streaming TV also makes the problem obvious. I've investigated a pile of things inside my network and it is now clear the issue is with the Telus service. I"m running my Telus router in bridge mode, I have a firewall device and a some servers in the house, as well as the normal assortment of TVs, smart devices, laptops and mobile phones.
I've done the normal steps listed in the troubleshooting guide, including restarting the Telus Router.
Anyone else with this issue? Suggestions on getting in touch with Telus to get this issue resolved? I'm still within my 30 get out of here -- but I hope it doesn't come to that.

An update. The situation has now been resolved -- although I don't know why. My monitoring shows the last failed ping was at 17:56 Pacific last night and its been clean since then. Given the consistency of the 20 minute outages, that's encouraging.
What I did:
- restarted Telus Router
- contacted support and talked with a Technician. They looked at the device remotely, but didn't find anything. As I am not at home right now, could not go further with restarts/etc. Was advised to do another restart (turn off Telus Router power/leave for 30 seconds/restart, turn off my firewall device for 30 seconds/restart when router is up). However -- I didn't get to do that yesterday, and now it doesn't seem I need to.As noted, the outages went from Feb 2 at 5 PM to Feb. 5 at 6 PM and were extremely consistent -- happening every 20 minutes. Perhaps further checking on my call triggered some action on the Telus side, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
